Young Visitors

Some 20,000 young people visit the Fort each year with either their parents  or with their schools. There is plenty for them to do.

Most will embark on the great mouse trail. Naughty mice hide in all the displays and they must be spotted, counted and reported. Successful searchers are rewarded with a signed certificate.

Energetic children can let off steam clambering on certain designated guns and vehicles.

The Fort has a mass of underground passages to explore and you might even find a ghost around the corner.

Finally there is the shop, stocked with items to excite any child.
