Further Learning

 NVQs recognise the practical skills and knowledge needed to do a job effectively. They are suitable for both new recruits and experienced employees and consist of a number of units, each of which represent a specific area of work. Individuals complete units at their own pace in their workplace through on the job assessment with support and guidance from an Assessor.

The South and West Cultural Assessment Centre offers:-

• On-the-job training with optional workshops

• Comprehensive training specific to the sector

• Flexible study arrangements

• Whole course or individual units
